About

Strength. Discipline. Impact.

True strength isn’t just about how much weight you lift—it’s about how you carry yourself, how you think, and the mark you leave on the world. I believe in pushing limits, forging resilience, and embracing discomfort as fuel for transformation.

That’s why I created this platform—not just to help people achieve their physical goals, but to challenge them to become stronger in every aspect of life. Whether it’s through ADT Fitness, my modeling journey, or the Bali Boys podcast, my mission remains the same: to help others step into their potential and make a lasting impact.

My Journey

I wasn’t always the person I am today. Like many, I struggled to find direction. I questioned my potential, my discipline, and whether I had the strength to break free from the habits that held me back. But I made a choice—to stop coasting through life and start forging the best version of myself. On my 28th birthday, I went camping alone in the mountains. Away from distractions, I reflected on the past year and where my life was heading. I realized that the path I was on was unsustainable—that if I didn’t make massive changes NOW, I would never have the life I truly wanted.

At that moment, one truth became painfully clear:

The pain of staying the same had become greater than the pain of changing.

I started by cutting out my vices, one by one. By the beginning of 2024, I was stone-cold sober—something I hadn’t experienced in years. I set goals. I trained relentlessly in the gym. I studied stoicism. I took full ownership of my life—and everything changed. I didn’t just build a stronger body. I built an unshakable mindset. Fitness was my gateway to discipline, and discipline became the foundation for everything else—business, content creation, and personal growth.

ADT is more than a brand—it’s a mission. It’s about authentically sharing my journey to help others break free from self-inflicted pain, reclaim their strength, and create a life they’re proud of.
